Tebogo Kukama is a co-founder of Moteko Project Managers, a professional Construction Project Manager (SACPCMP Registration No D/1395/2006) and currently registered with the South African council for the Quantity surveying Profession as a professional Registered Quantity Surveyor (PrQs Registration No 2742). She is also a professional member of the ASAQS (Association of South African Quantity Surveyors- No. 3986).

She is qualified and highly skilled in both fields of quantity surveying and financial analysis and portfolio management.

Her key experiences include: property development, project cost control, construction cost estimates, project feasibility and viability studies contract management, contract financial planning, project cost audits and budgeting, asset and utilities management.

Her career has spanned across vast spectrum of public and private projects including commercial, leisure, community monuments, government buildings and multi-purpose structures.

 

 

 

 

 

Madoda Vilakazi is a co-founder of Moteko Project Managers and is currently registered with the South African council for the Quantity surveying Profession as a professional Registered Quantity Surveyor (PrQs Registration No 3004). He is also a professional member of the ASAQS (Association of South African Quantity Surveyors- No. 3005).

With qualifications in both quantity surveying and marketing management, he has held numerous senior management and technical positions as a quantity surveyor and project manager prior to setting up Moteko Project Managers.

His key experience include: project planning & analysis, programme management, project concept development, project feasibility and viability studies, value engineering on both capital work and maintenance, Project and programme management of roads EPWP Projects.

His Career comprises a variety of projects from private property to government building and public structures which includes hotels, libraries, hospitals, educational, entertainment, community halls, police stations, housing, etc.
